No connection to our platform: domains and ports to whitelist
Dear IT Provider,
Could you open the firewall ports/whitelist the domains below to support our use of the VCE™ web app that we are using to support interactive learning experience s for our students.

Security and privacy information
The VCE platform has strict security standards that are useful to communicate to your IT department when you need assistance in connecting to the platform or connecting your devices:
Encryption
Streams are fully encrypted to protect data from the source to the destination.
Secure authentication
Multifactor authentication and authorisation are required to verify user identity and control access.
SSL/TLS security
Streams are encrypted from source to destination. TLS 1.2+ for the web surface (RSA-2048 with SHA-256), DTLS-SRTP for media.
Access control
Only invited participants can join sessions, maintaining confidentiality.
No long-term data storage
Data is briefly buffered for real-time interaction, with no long-term storage to enhance privacy.
