What is the chat function?

The chat function in the VCE platform helps you find support quickly. You can search the documentation, ask a question to our AI assistant, or connect directly with a support agent when available.


How to use the chat function?

1. Search the documentation

  • Open the chat by clicking the help icon in the menu bar.

  • Use the search bar to find support articles related to your question.

2. Ask a question in the chat

  • Type your question in the chat.

  • Our AI assistant will first search the documentation for an answer.

  • If your question is not resolved, you can connect with a support agent during working hours.

  • A support agent will assist you or gather more information via a video call if needed.

3. Report a bug or request a feature

  • Use the chat to report a bug or issue.

  • You can also submit a request for a new feature.

  • Our team will review your report and consider it for future updates.

  • The chat is usually available during working hours. If no agent is online, try again later.
