1. Review the requirements

Read the 'Requirements for participating in a VCE™ session' page. Confirm that your computer, camera, and internet meet the necessary standards, that you have registered your account, and that you have completed the Professionalism Course.

2. Understand the session details

Review all provided session information, including objectives and pre-learning materials. This helps you engage effectively. If necessary, do some research on the session topic to familiarise yourself.

3. Check your hardware

Ensure your computer, camera, microphone, and internet connection are functioning properly. Make sure your devices are fully charged or connected to a power source.

4. Prepare your environment

Choose a quiet, private space with a plain, distraction-free background. Ensure good lighting and minimise potential interruptions.

5. Final checks before the session

A few minutes before the session starts, recheck your setup—camera, microphone, internet—and log in to the VCE™ platform. Be ready to actively participate and take notes.

If you need further assistance, you can:

  1. Use the support tool (bottom right) in the VCE™ web app to ask a specific question. It has many more solutions for you.

  2. If you don’t find what you need, send us a message through the same tool.
