Requirements
You need:

The monitor that will display the VCE™ session.
An available power outlet (either from a wall outlet or an extension cord).
From the AVer VB130 box, the

Power Adaptor and Power Cord
USB 2.0 Type-B to Type-A Cable (5m)
USB Type-A to Type-C Adapter
TV Mount Kit and its Tripod Screw
Remote Control and 2x AAA batteries (not included with the product)
Note:
This guide assumes that the Yealink Conference Camera will be mounted on a monitor. To mount it on a wall, consult the manual included in the box.
Connecting the device
Fold the TV Mount Kit open and use its tripod screw to secure it to the VB130 unit.
Clip the Mount Kit on the top of the monitor.
Connect the VB130 to the computer and to a power source. Only use the provided Power Adaptor and Power Cord, and the USB Type-B to Type-A cable.
Tip:
Use the supplied Velcro strap to secure and manage the cable.
Note:
The VB130 is a plug-and-play conference camera. By using the remote control, you have access to almost all of its features. If you need more, you can install the 'PTZApp 2'. See the section at the bottom of this page.

Resolution and frame rates will vary, based on whether you connect the VB130 using a USB-A 2.0 or USB-A 3.1 cable. See the two tables below on what outcomes you can expect from using either USB-A 2.0 or USB-A 3.1.
USB 2.0 | USB 3.1 |

Video resolution vs. Digital zoom ratio
Since SmartFrame function requires a zoom function, it will not work with 4K resolution.
The PTZApp 2
The PTZApp 2 is not required to use the VB130 in VCE™ sessions. However, using the PTZApp 2 will allow you to:
Change the IP address setting of the VB130.
Configure the parameters of the camera.
Set up AI tracking functions.
Change some advanced image and audio settings.
Pan, tilt, and zoom the camera.
How to install PTZApp 2
Download the PTZApp 2 for your operating system (Windows or MacOS).
Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
After installing the PTZApp 2, double-click on the PTZApp 2 icon to run the application.
